November 21, 2008Rock on!
November 16, 2008With the holidays fast approaching, I’d like to let folks know I’m having two jewelry show/sales. One is tomorrow, November 16th, at 7405 E Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO. Easy to find, just south of the new Whole Foods at Tiffany Plaza. The other is my Open House, December 6 & 7. More details to follow on that one.
These rocks are the coolest thing since the Peace Sign, the two on the left came from Martin’s Beach, south of San Francisco. The other two from my back yard here in the Colorado Rockies. (sorry, the two on the left have been sold.) Anyway, all you cool, tuff people out there, peace!
Colorful Bronze–oh my!
November 12, 2008And the show is over….
November 11, 2008We had our Colorado Potters Show & Sale this past weekend. We had steady sales & good turn out, despite all the bad press about our economy. I had no expectations of selling lots of work, and actually did surprisingly well. I sold all but 2 of my platters, all but two olive pitt dishes. And quite a few small pieces.
My studio, in the midst of working on clay in my cramped, unheated garage…
Olive dishes in their finished state, after cone 10 oxidation firing…
Back to work on jewelry–new bronze clay & silver clay for my sale this Sunday November 16, at Sami’s house. Check the web site for details, coming soon.
